Increase your productivity in the development of pharmacokinetic (PK), physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK), and pharmacodynamic (PD) models with the acslX PK/PD Toolkit.
The PK/PD Toolkit features PowerBlocks, or model components commonly used in PK/PBPK/PD modeling These components can be used independently or combined with your in-house model components to create PK/PBPK/PD models of any level of complexity.
The acslX PK/PD Toolkit contains:
- Linear and nonlinear PBPK models of various organs
- Standard blood-flow models based on body weight and cardiac output
- Exposure models for inhalation, oral, and dermal exposures
- Math functions for parameter sensitivity studies
- PD models for tissue response due to chemical concentration exposure
- Example models: one, two, and multi-compartment models; classical PBPK of chloroform in humans; and a PBPK/PBPD model of dioxin in female rats
